My Story

My journey began as a professional athlete — a life many dream of. I travelled the world, achieved my goals, and reached the pinnacle of success. Yet, even at the height of achievement, I found myself asking deeper questions: Is this true fulfilment? How much more success do I need to finally feel enough?

What I discovered was that external success doesn’t always equal internal peace. After years of pushing my limits physically and mentally, I felt called to reconnect — not with competition, but with country, consciousness, and self.

I left the world of sport and spent three years travelling across Australia. Immersed in ancient landscapes and timeless traditions, I encountered extraordinary healers and moments of awareness that reshaped how I saw life itself.

During this time, I discovered journalling — a practice that, quite honestly, saved my life. Through writing, I began hearing the voice beneath the noise — the one that knew who I really was before the world told me who to be. Today, journalling is my daily ritual — a sacred dialogue between the conscious and the subconscious, a space where clarity, creativity, and peace meet.

Then came Breath Work.
I discovered it serendipitously in Ubud, Bali, when a stranger noticed how shallow my breathing was — how tense my energy felt. She invited me to a session. I went in curious, and left transformed. In that room, through conscious breath, I released years of stored emotion and grief I hadn’t even realised I was carrying. For the first time in years, I cried — not from pain, but from liberation.

That single session opened the door to profound self-healing. It helped me dissolve limiting beliefs, reconnect with my inner child, and integrate the parts of myself I’d long suppressed. Through Breath Work, I learned that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering what’s whole.

Today, I live in alignment. My relationships have deepened. My purpose feels clear. I lead from authenticity, not ego. And I experience abundance — not just financially, but emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.

What I Do.

Breath Work is the practice of conscious, connected breathing — a sacred meeting between body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in spiritual psychology and embodied awareness, it invites you to move beyond thinking and return to feeling — to open the doorway back to yourself.

For me, Breath Work is the most natural and complete way to release what no longer serves you — the old stories, buried emotions, and subconscious beliefs that keep you from living in alignment. It gently guides you home to a state of confidence, trust, and deep inner peace — where your body becomes the compass, and your breath the guide.

Trained through the Embodied Breath Academy, I hold space with intention and safety, creating an environment where your nervous system can soften and your soul can exhale. In this space, you are not being fixed — you are remembering your own capacity to heal.

Every breath you take is an invitation — to expand, to let go, to awaken the truth that already lives within you. Through this practice, we begin to meet ourselves honestly, tenderly, and with the reverence we’ve always deserved.

This is a gentle journey into understanding and experiencing the power of Rebirthing Breath Work. You are your own healer, and in completing 4 sessions you will learn how to move tension and energy with the guidance of Matthew.
